Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
We have a QC director leading all IQC, IPQC, FQC, OQC, SQA, and QE. The QC department tightly controls the whole production process from raw materials to finished goods. We also have specialized groups for supervising feedback from our customers. QE is in charge of analyzing all problems and finding the solutions to reduce defeat.
